Paper Submission & Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers related to Neuro-Symbolic AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Swarm Intelligence, and their interdisciplinary applications. Each paper should clearly identify the research problem, highlight the novelty and significance of the work, describe the methodology and experimental/theoretical approach, present results with appropriate figures and tables, and conclude with key insights and future directions.

Submission Guidelines
  1. Each paper can have a maximum of 4 authors.
  2. Author names and affiliations must be entered during submission in the CMT portal and cannot be changed later.
  3. The list of authors in the paper must exactly match the CMT submission.
  4. Correspondence will be sent to all listed authors, so ensure that all email addresses in CMT are correct.
  5. Each paper must include a minimum of 15 references.
  6. Plagiarism should be less than 10% (Excluding References). Keep the Plagiarism Report along with manuscript [TURNITIN].
  7. Use of AI-generated writing or ChatGPT is strictly prohibited. Keep the 0% AI Report along with manuscript.
  8. Grammatical errors must NOT be there. Language clarity is very much expected, and the final manuscript should be reviewed by a language expert. Any sort of dispute may lead to direct rejection by Springer.
  9. NO Figure and NO Table should be copied from any other paper/Internet. This activity may lead to direct rejection. Quality of the figures should be high resolution.
  10. Page Limit: Minimum 08 Pages and Maximum 09 Pages after compliance with Springer Format.
  11. Each paper must contain Abstract (150-200 words) and Keywords (4-5).
  12. Writing Format: Springer Format [Strictly]
  13. All Table No. and Figure No. should be mentioned inside the manuscript.
  14. All Reference Number/Citation must be properly cited inside the manuscript.
  15. Make sure that all the references are cited in the body of the paper.
  16. Make sure that all the FIGURES and TABLES are numbered in proper order and cited in the body of the paper.
  17. NO TABLE will be in IMAGE Format.
  18. All Mathematical Equations must be prepared using Math Editor; NO Equation-image must be there.
  19. Maintain good quality [HD] figures.
